Employed as the Aboriginal Employment, Engagement Development Officer, Colin’s current focus is on promoting Eastern Guruma as an employer of choice and establishing an Eastern Guruma footprint with communities.

Bringing 30 years experience working with First Nations People Colin has honed skills in improving outcomes for First Nations People.

Colin is an experienced project officer with extensive management and development skills. A committed individual with a proven long-term working history, utilising an appropriate knowledge and understanding of Australia’s First Nations peoples’ culture and its diversity.

In Colin’s career choices he has developed and become an adept facilitator within First Nations People affairs with strong communication skills who works effectively between government and non-government agencies and urban and remote Indigenous communities.

Colin is highly motivated with the ability to plan and organise work and that of others with a commitment to producing results as an individual or within a team.

Colin is excited about the future of Eastern Guruma and is eager to drive positive change and make a lasting impact within the civil and mining industry for the First Nations People.
