Danica has a wealth of experience in various sectors, including civil construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, tunnelling, rail industry, healthcare, and corporate office settings. With over 16 years of experience in Tier 1 companies, she possesses a deep understanding of these industries and valuable expertise that can benefit Eastern Guruma and any organisation she’s a part of.
Danica is a quiet achiever with the ability to lead effectively, emphasising teamwork, group structure, and personal accountability, which is crucial in fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Danica's focus on prevention, education, and productive intervention highlights her commitment to creating a safe and sustainable work environment.
