Patrick is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with over 20 years legal experience in mining & resources, corporate and general commercial law, acting as a General Counsel with a key involvement in the development of several mining companies.

During his career, Patrick has held various senior executive and strategic leadership roles in both private and publicly listed companies with accountability for the management of the corporate legal function and ensuring comprehensive management of legal affairs, corporate compliance and risk mitigation.

Patrick is also a governance professional in statutory compliance and has acted as Company Secretary for both domestic and international companies.

Patrick is admitted as a solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and is a Murdoch University graduate with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce Degrees.

Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experiences that will greatly assist the Board, the Executive Team and Eastern Guruma in achieving its corporate goals and objectives.
