First and foremost a father to two adult sons, I have a 37-year history working in Operations/General Management within the construction materials and civil bulk earth works industries, I have worked in the UK, Norway, USA, and Saudi Arabia, with a proven history of successfully securing and executing major multi-sector projects. Driving safety protocols and spearheading operational excellence initiatives and consistently delivering outcomes including safety, productivity, driving gender diversity as well as EBIT growth.

Educated in the UK, Holder of a WA Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate, Advanced Diploma Extractive Industries, Diploma Managing HS&E, Diploma Waste Management, Certificate Business Administration, Quarrying degree Doncaster University.

Fellow of the Institute Quarrying Australia, Previous WA IQA Branch chair and IQA board member, Previous board member for Orange Grove Primary school. Keen golfer, follower of Formula One and English football a Leicester City fan for my sins. Enjoy cooking, DIY and travelling to new destinations.
