Gareth Boytt is a highly experienced operations and executive management professional with more than 35 years’ experience across hospitality, integrated services, contract management, facilities management, operations, and strategic business development. He has built a strong track record in leading multi-site operations, improving business performance, optimising profitability, and developing high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.

Gareth is currently Operations Manager – Integrated Services at Eastern Guruma, a 100% Pilbara Aboriginal-owned business delivering civil construction and contract mining services. In this role, he contributes to the delivery of culturally aligned, client-focused service outcomes while supporting operational excellence, workforce capability, and sustainable business growth.

Across his career, Gareth has held senior leadership positions including Superintendent Decarb Villages & Infrastructure with Fortescue Energy, Area Manager with Compass Group, Site Manager with Cater Care Services, Chief Operating Officer with Quantum Hospitality, and General Manager WA/SA with AHS Hospitality. He has worked internationally in Maldives, Thailand, Egypt, London, Stockholm and New Zealand.

Gareth holds qualifications in financial management, feasibility appraisal, leadership, property operations, marketing, project management, and change management. His practical leadership style, commercial focus, and deep operational experience make him a strong contributor to businesses requiring disciplined execution, stakeholder engagement, and scalable service delivery.
