Macdara Reynolds brings over 30 years of experience in civil construction, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure and project delivery across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Indonesia and Fiji. He is a highly skilled operational leader with expertise in site and project management, contractor coordination and multidisciplinary teams. His career includes the Channel Tunnel, Christchurch earthquake rebuild, major dam works and large-scale Pilbara mining, LNG and infrastructure projects. Macdara is the Civil and Mining Manager for Eastern Guruma, leading projects with a focus on quality, environmental compliance, safety, operational planning, commercial performance and strong client relationships.
